This camera presents a new image every 30 seconds and repositions itself every 10 minutes.
To make sure you are seeing a fresh image, use control-F5.
To see the image full screen, use F11.
It is located on top of the Bell Hill water reservoir. (See panorama)
It is very sensitive to low light; the image often looks very bright in the early morning or during moonlight.
It is capable of a 1280 x 960 image, but this size is too large for most monitors. We present an 800 x 600 image.

This camera has lost much of its low light sensitivity. We would like to repace it. If you care to donate to a new camera, please click here
