This camera is a Toshiba 1K-WB11A and is mounted on top of the water reservouir on Bell Hill.  It does not have the night sensitivity that it once had.  We would like to replace it with a better cam.  This is where we do our shamless begging!  If you care to donate (via PayPal) to our webcam effort or our weather page:
