Nikola's webcam is free for all to view and to link to.  Those that wish to use it on their own website must help pay for its operation.
Click here to view it.  The camera is located on the top of Bell Hill.  The position changes every 10 minutes.  The image updates several times per minute.

We have 3 different service plans for those that wish to display the image on their website:

$30 per month per page per webcam: Limited to 25,000 hits per month.
$25 per month per page per webcam: Limited to 20,000 hits per month and requires credit and a link back.
Free Limited to 3200 hits per website per month.
AND limited to 3200 hits per website owner per month.
Website must not be commercial, and must not display any advertising, or other schemes which generate money or are intended to generate money, and requires credit and a link back.
May be displayed no larger then 400x300 pixels.

Link back and credit shall be A readable normal sized text and link near the webcam image, containing the text:

Whether we consider your website to be commercial or profitable or not will be at our sole discretion.

If the number of webcam hits on your webpage exceeds the limit, we may reduce the size of the image or disable it from displaying at all.

There are no warranties, of course.
